Andaman has only one international airport, which is the Veer Savarkar Airport. It’s capable of handling up to 5000 travelers a day and is located in the center of Port Blair city. There are several restaurants and cafes operating within the airport campus.
As of August 2024 Andaman airport handles 16-20 flights a day. All the important and major airlines lands and departs. Some of it includes Indigo, Air India, Vistara, Akasa air and newly added Air Asia
