Add Adventure to Your Andaman Days
A 4 night break is short, but you can still fit in 2 or 3 activities. These are the most popular add-ons, with notes on which fits where.

Quickest water activity to slot in. With only 4 nights you want every Havelock minute to count. We schedule it for Day 3 morning at Elephant Beach so it stacks with the other activities you book that morning.
Book on our system
The single most worthwhile add-on on a 4 night trip. Carve 4 hours from Day 3 and you have your underwater experience without disturbing the Havelock beach day. Skip the certification course on this length of trip, just take the intro dive.
Book on our system
Only fits if your flight lands at Port Blair by 3 PM on Day 1. Otherwise the morning ferry to Havelock the next day leaves the window too tight. Book this only if your inbound flight is confirmed early.
Book on our system
Smart pick for non-divers on a short trip. No certification, no swimming skill needed, fits 90 minutes inside the Day 3 Elephant Beach plan. The cheapest way to see fish on a 4N5D.
Book on our system
Already covered in your Day 4 itinerary as a cab and ferry combo. Book the ticket alone here only if you want to handle it yourself or if you are extending your trip with North Bay.
Book on our system
Only feasible on Day 1 evening if your flight lands by 2 PM. Skip if your flight is later, the Day 1 evening goes to the Cellular Jail Light Show.

Port Blair Arrival + Cellular Jail
Land at Veer Savarkar Airport. Our driver Venkat or Tausif meets you with a name board. Hotel check-in by noon. After a quick rest, head to Corbyn's Cove Beach for an easy seaside afternoon. The day finishes at Cellular Jail for the 7 PM Light and Sound Show. Hindi or English show on alternate days, ask us to time it.

Port Blair to Havelock + Radhanagar Sunset
Early breakfast, cab to Haddo Wharf for the 8 to 9 AM Makruzz or Nautika ferry to Havelock (booking included). Check in at your Havelock hotel by midday. After lunch, drive to Radhanagar Beach, ranked Asia's number one by Time magazine. Full sunset window 5 to 5:45 PM.

Havelock Adventure Day
Morning speedboat from Havelock jetty to Elephant Beach (15 to 20 minutes through mangroves). Pick from snorkeling, glass-bottom boat, sea walk, banana ride and jet ski. Most guests do 2 to 3 activities. Lunch at the beach shack. Afternoon Kalapathar Beach which catches soft afternoon light beautifully.

Havelock to Port Blair + Ross Island
Morning ferry from Havelock back to Port Blair, about 1 hour 30 minutes. Light lunch, then half-day Ross Island. The 15 minute boat from Aberdeen Jetty takes you to the old British administrative HQ, now overrun by deer and ruins. The old church and ballroom are the highlights. Back in Port Blair by evening.

Departure
Late breakfast, cab pickup from your hotel 3 hours before your flight. Driver handles luggage and drops you to Veer Savarkar Airport. If you have a late evening flight, we can arrange a Chidiya Tapu sunset stop on the way, the sunset point at the southern tip of South Andaman about 45 minutes from the city.
Places to Visit in Andaman in 5 Days
The 4N5D plan covers seven main attractions across Port Blair and Havelock. Each one is matched to a day so you know when you will see it.

Cellular Jail Light and Sound Show
DAY 1The colonial-era political prison turned museum, with an evening light and sound show that walks you through Indian freedom fighter stories from the 1940s. Hindi or English on alternate evenings.
Corbyn's Cove Beach
DAY 1The quiet city beach in Port Blair with coconut palms and a calm lagoon. Easy to fit in on arrival day if your flight lands by afternoon. Best for a low-key first evening.

Radhanagar Beach Havelock
DAY 2Ranked Asia's number one beach by Time magazine. White sand, turquoise water, and a sunset window between 5 and 5:45 PM that draws everyone to the shore.

Elephant Beach Havelock
DAY 3Reached by a 15 to 20 minute speedboat through Havelock's mangrove channels. The base for water sports: snorkeling, glass bottom boat, sea walk, jet ski and banana ride.
Kalapathar Beach Havelock
DAY 3The eastern Havelock beach known for its dark volcanic-looking sand and soft afternoon light. Quieter than Radhanagar. Optional sunrise spot if you wake before 6 AM.

Ross Island (Subhash Chandra Bose Island)
DAY 4A 15 minute boat from Aberdeen Jetty takes you to the old British administrative HQ, reclaimed by jungle. The ruined ballroom, church, and deer that come up to you are the highlights.
Chidiya Tapu Sunset Point
DAY 5The southernmost tip of South Andaman, about 45 minutes from Port Blair. Famous for birdwatching and an open ocean sunset. Fits in on departure day if your flight is late evening.

Common Questions about 5 Day Andaman Tours
Is 5 days enough for Andaman? +
5 days is the minimum that feels worth the long flight to Port Blair. You get one Port Blair evening, two days on Havelock for Radhanagar and water sports, and a Ross Island morning. Anything shorter is too rushed. If you can spare one more day, the 5N6D plan adds a Neil Island stop which is the missing piece for first-timers.
What is the difference between 4N5D and 5N6D? +
5N6D adds a Neil Island stop with Bharatpur, Laxmanpur sunset and Natural Bridge. 4N5D skips Neil entirely. If your priority is Havelock beaches plus the cultural Port Blair stops, 4N5D is enough. If you want to see all three main islands, the extra night is worth it.
What is included in the 4N5D package? +
All ferry tickets between islands (private Makruzz or Nautika), all hotel stays at your tier choice, all cab transfers including airport pickup and drop, all sightseeing entry tickets where applicable, and our team available 24×7 on WhatsApp. Not included: your flight tickets to Port Blair, lunch and dinner, water sports activities you choose at Elephant Beach (paid separately).
Which months are best for the 5 day trip? +
October to May is the comfortable window. December to February is peak season, expect 20 to 30 percent higher prices and busier beaches. June to September is monsoon, ferries get cancelled often and water sports shut down. February and March hit the sweet spot of clear water, fewer crowds, pre-summer prices.
Can I add scuba or activities to this 5 day plan? +
Yes, water sports at Elephant Beach (snorkeling, sea walk, banana ride, jet ski) fit naturally into Day 3. A boat scuba dive needs a half day so you can fit one dive without disturbing the itinerary. Tell us your preferences before booking and we make sure your Havelock day has room.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the actual price of a 4 nights 5 days Andaman trip?
Our 4N5D packages on this page start at ₹10,000 per person (Family Standard) and go up to ₹21,000 per person (Honeymoon Luxury). The absolute floor for a barebones plan with Govt vessel ferries and basic stays is around ₹6,500 per person.
What pulls the price up or down:
- Hotel category. Biggest factor. 3-star vs 4-star vs 5-star can change per-night cost by 2x to 3x.
- Flights. Ex-Delhi, Mumbai or Kolkata round-trip ranges from ₹6,000 in off-season to ₹15,000+ in peak Christmas and New Year. Add this on top of the package.
- Activities. Scuba (₹3,500 to ₹5,500), sea walk, parasailing all add up if stacked.
- Ferry class. Govt vessel ₹770 vs Makruzz Royal ₹2,900 across two crossings.
If budget is tight, drop hotel tier first and skip one paid activity. If you want luxury, the hotel tier alone gets you most of the way.
Can we do scuba diving in just 4 nights 5 days?
Yes, but only if the plan keeps at least 2 nights in Havelock. Scuba sessions are based out of Havelock because the live reefs sit off Elephant Beach. With 2 nights there, you spend one day for the dive and another for normal sightseeing. If your plan compresses Havelock to a single overnight, you can still do scuba but you will miss most other activities on that day. Tell us at booking time and we will lock the 2-night Havelock slot.
What is the best 4N5D itinerary for a couple?
2 nights in Havelock and 1 night in Neil works best for couples. The structure we recommend:
- Day 1: Arrive Port Blair early morning, take same-day ferry to Havelock (arrival day is not wasted).
- Day 2 and 3: Full days in Havelock (Radhanagar, Elephant Beach, scuba session).
- Day 4: Ferry to Neil Island for sunset and night stay.
- Day 5: Morning in Neil, ferry back to Port Blair, evening flight out.
This needs a morning-landing flight on Day 1. If your flight lands afternoon, Day 1 stays in Port Blair and Havelock shrinks to one night.
Can we do 4N5D as a family with a small child or infant?
Yes, though the pace can feel compressing with an infant. The most settled split we suggest:
- Day 1: Port Blair (Cellular Jail, light city sightseeing).
- Day 2: Ferry to Havelock (Radhanagar Beach in the evening, easy day).
- Day 3: Neil Island (calmer beaches, less walking, kid-friendly).
- Day 4: Return to Port Blair (evening or morning ferry).
- Day 5: Last activities (North Bay or shopping) and depart.
This keeps ferry days separate from full sightseeing days so you are not rushing with a small child.
When is the cheapest time to do this trip and when is it most expensive?
Cheapest: April-May and June-September. Hotels run 30 to 40% lower, flights to Port Blair are typically ₹4,000 to ₹7,000 round-trip from south or east India. Sea is rougher in June-Aug so some water sports stay closed.
Most expensive: Mid-December to mid-January (Christmas and New Year). Flights spike to ₹15,000+ round-trip and Havelock hotels can double. October-November and February-March are the good months: clear weather, calm sea, prices still reasonable.
