The Premium Class is designed with three columns of seating. The left and right columns have three seats per row. The middle column has six seats per row. Only the side columns offer window seats, while the middle column seats are aisle-based
Deluxe Class Swating structure:
The Deluxe Class features three rows with 20+ seats in total.

Seat selection is an important consideration for many travelers, especially when cruising through the scenic Andaman waters. However, Makruzz currently does not offer advance seat selection.
Previously, Makruzz used to provide seat selection links 48 hours prior to the departure time.
Travelers would receive the link via WhatsApp, SMS, and email, allowing them to choose their preferred seats before boarding.
But since March 2024, this option has been discontinued. Makruzz now follows a first-come, first-served seat allotment process at the boarding point itself.
So, seat allocation happens physically at the port, and not online. It applies across all their routes from Port Blair, Havelock, and Neil Island.
To improve your chances of getting a preferred seat (such as a window seat), it is highly recommended to arrive at the boarding point at least 45 to 60 minutes before your ferry departure.
